Summer is peeking its head around the corner, and we’re madly searching for healthy eating ideas, workout tips, ANYTHING to get us bikini-ready…stat! Most of the foods listed in this post by one of our favorite blogs, 10 Foods You Should Never, Ever Eat. Not Ever., were long ago given the boot from our snacking and recipe rotations as we’re trying to eat cleaner: hot dogs, margarine, sodas, French Fries (now, FRIES were a hard one to get over). However, as we proudly patted ourselves on the backs for being ahead of the game, and reached for that slice of toast (with real butter on it, of course!), we started to see foods listed that we’re still eating. Like that multi-grain slice of toast…bummer.
