DIMPLES OF VENUS:
Wikipedia says, “The dimples of Venus (also known as back dimples, butt dimples or Venusian dim-ples) are sagittally symmetrical indentations sometimes visible on the human lower back, just superior to the gluteal cleft.”
Some women already have them, and some don’t—just like dimples in our smiles.
It’s up to you and your client if you’d like to enhance, or even create these contours, because there’s just no rhyme or reason as to who has them.
They’re really cute on women though, and I haven’t met a female client who didn’t want them!
Now that we know WHAT they are, you can learn to enhance them in my new book on airbrush contouring for spray tanning! I wrote a full chapter on perfecting these little cutie patooties!
Happy Tanning!
