Yoga Brings Surprising Health Benefits to Breast Cancer Survivors
We've only begun to fully understand the health benefits of yoga. A new study from the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center found that just three months of practicing yoga reduced fatigue and inflammation in breast cancer survivors. In their research, 200 female breast cancer survivors practiced yoga twice weekly for a total of 12 weeks.
